Joseph has conflicts with Ramsay from the begining, refusing to eat an undercooked vegetable without a fork "I'm not an animal"
But after performing as one of the best players on the men's team, Joseph freaks out when Ramsay makes his usual simple request to name two of his teammates for elimination. Contestants have stood up to Ramsay's before, but not like this.
Joseph threatened to walk out of the competition by confronting Ramsay.
This season's winner will win a position as head chef at Araxi Restaurant in Whistler, British Columbia.
