Joey Chestnut, America's fast-food eater, has set a new world record Saturday by scarfing down 68 hot dogs in 10 minutes.

It was the Nathan's Famous Fourth of July International Hot Dog Eating Contest.

Chestnut beat Takeru Kobayashi of Japan who held the record of 59, both rivals in last years competition.
