Inmates Swine Flu Hand Gel - Shaken Not Stirred

Imagine their delight when Inmates discovered  what officials had overlooked.
So, of course the inmates took advantage of this oversight and have been drinking  liquid hand gel after they realized it contained alcohol.
Some men apparently drank the stuff straight, while others mixed it with sugar and fruit to make even better tasting.
The whole idea was to fight the threat of swine flu in the Verne Prison
(seen below) on Portland, Dorset.

However, instead of rubbing it into their hands, inmates  have been placing their mouths over the dispensers and consuming it.

Prison officers suddenly had their hands full with a number of drunken convicts, then the brawl erupted.

Apparently, one prisoner became aggressive after a mouthful of  gel and started a fist fight with another inmate.
As a result, no more happy hour, all dispensers has removed from the prison.

A similar thing happened at the the Dorset County Hospital in nearby Dorchester after vagrants wandered in and started drinking it.Those dispensers have been removed as well.
