Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


One of our favorite Halloween snacks is roasted pumpkin seeds.
Here's what you do. Scoop out the pumpkin, and place the seeds into a colander.
Rinse and clean off some of the pumpkin pulp, but not all of it, that pumpkin pulp baked with the seeds really adds flavor.
Spread seeds on paper towels to dry them.
Use about 3 Tablespoons of melted butter to drizzled over the seeds and sprinkle with salt.
Bake in oven at 300 degrees for about 45 minutes.
