Principals Accountable for Students Eating Breakfast.

The School District of Philadelphia will now hold principals accountable for the number of students eating breakfast in their schools.

Breakfast eating will be graded on the report card that rates principals each year, along with things like as attendance and math and reading performance.
All 165,000 students in Philadelphia public schools, regardless of income, can get a free breakfasts, but only 54,000 ate breakfast last year.

We can't help but ask, what if students had breakfast before they came to school?

What happens if a student just doesn't want to eat breakfast, are they going to conduct forced feedings?

The big question however, what's up with the students in the photo
, what are they gawking at?
