Keeping Up With Gordon Ramsay

Chef Gordon Ramsay is in a bit of a mess with the IRS according to court documents.
Chef Ramsay has two outstanding tax warrants against him, and after what must have seemed like a very long year for Ramsay, he has two tax liens against him in New York State that together total close to a million dollars!
The first warrant was filed against Ramsay in July for $513,003, then another was filed last month for $419,051, totaling $932,054.
Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants have had financial difficulties for the past two years, let's face it, people have stopped eating out as much because of personal finances.
Ramsay sold his flagship restaurant in New York, The Gordon Ramsay at The London, but is still a consultant for the restaurant.

Beside his financial problems, Chef Ramsay has this family matter with his father-in-law.
He fired his father-in-law in a nasty family war, and then there is his alleged mistress Sarah Symonds, writing  an open letter to Gordon’s wife, Tana, telling her to “stand up” for herself.
In the letter, Symonds writes:
“I write to you here today with all good intentions, because after reading–along with the rest of the world–all that is being said about you by Gordon, and by your father, I really feel for you.
“I mean, it cannot be easy for a woman like you to be perceived by both of them as SO weak, and so easy to manipulate.”
Gordon has denied his affair with Symonds, and is still with his wife, Tana.

And then there's this: even though there is money concerns, Ramsay has reportedly paid  $60,000 on a hair transplant.
Gordon, visited a  Los Angeles clinic for 12 hours at a having follicles removed from the bushier patches of his scalp and transplaned where his hairline is thinning.
“While his hair may not have been obviously receding, it had become an issue for him,” a source said.
“Some will call it vanity — but to TV producers and Gordon it’s a pre-emptive action to stop him suddenly going on TV with obvious thinning.
“It’s better to act now than have countless pictures and comment scrutinizing his hairline in years to come.”
In order to maintain his youthfulness, Ramsay has previously recieved Botox injections to flatten out his wrinkly chin (photo below) on the advice of Simon Cowell.

We like Gordon Ramsay and we know some of this stuff is tabloid, but it's still the life and times of Gordon, so, we talk about it.

We sincerely hope that somehow this new year is a better one for him, on all fronts.
