Dine and Dash and Capture

Another story from the great state of Florida.

This time we find ourselves in Ocala where Crystal Wynn wasn't about to let Jerry Stanage (above photo) and his friends walk out on their bar tab at the Ocala Ale House and suffer the wrath of her boss.

Three men ordered two pitchers of Ice House beer, a basket of French fries, a side of cheese sauce, a shot of Bacardi 151 liquor and a shot of Jagger Meister.

After eating and drinking, the three walked out without paying.

Wynn reported the situation to her manager and offered to pay the tab.

But the jackass manager told her that was against the policy and she would not be allowed to pay the tab, instead she would be written up.

Wynn overheard that these three losers were headed to the Cloud Nine nightclub nearby, so she drove there after her shift was over.

She spoke to the bouncer and explained what had happened and together they went inside and found these guys.

She told them she was about to get in trouble by her boss and that someone needed to pay the $23.19.

Wynn said the three men argued about who should pay the tab and then everyone went outside, where two of the men got into a pickup truck and drove away, leaving Stanage standing in the parking lot.

At this point he agreed to get in her car (say what?) and she drove him back to the restaurant and called police.

Stanage told the police he knew he had an outstanding tab, but said he had no money.

But in his wallet there were a number of credit cards and $6 in cash.

Stanage then told the officer he was not going to pay for the food and drinks. (so why did he return to the scene of the crime?)

As a result, he was arrested and taken to Jail early Thursday, and the manager at the Ocala Ale Houseis till a jackass.
