It's the most wonderful time of the year, or at least that's how the song goes.
But we turn our attention to a Tennessee man who apparently hit his mother with a ham during an argument in their home.
Emanuel Cordell Kennedy, 37, (above photo) was arrested after he threw a ham at his mother as she was walking down the hall.
Kennedy is saying he did not intend to hit his 55 year old mother?
Regardless, he ruined a perfectly good ham, and for that he should serve time.
