As you can see on the surveillance video, a mob of 50 people simultaneously shoplifted from a Silver Spring, Md., 7-Eleven.
When the police arrived at the store around 11:20 p.m. they saw people gathered in surrounding parking lots and on side streets, but dispersed when police arrived on the scene.
The shoplifters were teens and young adults, taking items like snacks and drinks.
Is it any wonder no one wants to start a business in these neighborhoods?
