People just love the In-N-Out Burgers, and nothing stands in the way, not even when bullets fly.
A man in his twenties took out his gun and shot another man in his 20s just outside the In-N-Out Burger driver thru in Pinole.
The shooter man ran away and is still on the run, but the guy who got shot suffered some serious injuries had to be airlifted to a regional trauma center and is in critical condition.
While all this was happening the In-N- Out burger- customers watched and waited for their food during the shooting.
Police said cars continued to go through the drive thru, around the scene of the shooting, until it they shut it down hours later.
