The tourtiere meat pie originated in Quebec and is traditionally served on Christmas eve after holy mass, and it's popular during the winter months.
Tourtiere
* 1/2 lb ground beef
* 1/2 lb ground pork
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 2 stalks celery, chopped
* 1/8 tsp cloves
* 1/8 tsp cinnamon
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 2 pre-made pie crusts
